Earlier to mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular plan house. Painted ashlar to front, rubble stone to sides and rear. Base course, band course above ground floor windows, 1st floor cill band course, cornice and blocking course. Architraved margins.
SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central consoled, corniced doorpiece with scroll, shell and leaf decorations, panelled door with narrow rectangular fanlight in plain surround. Window at 1st floor. Bay to right, windows at ground and 1st floors to match. Bay to left, full- height bow window with 3 lights at ground and 1st floors, breaking eaves with decorative cast-iron brackets supporting crimped rim. Addition to right with round arch moulded doorpiece (blocked), cornice and wallhead above.
NE ELEVATION: blank gable end, advanced brick addition at ground floor with flat and pitched roofs.
SW ELEVATION: blank gable end.
NW ELEVATION: harled piended addition to centre at ground floor with windows in each elevation, tall round-arched stair window at 1st floor above, bays flanking with plain windows at ground and 1st floors, margins varied, piended dormer above.
Timber sash and case windows, 10-pane to rear, plate to front, stained glass in round arch window at rear. Grey slate, stone skews, conical roof to bow at front, ashlar gablehead stacks with 5 cans, additional wallhead stack to rear.
