Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, pedimented classical house with out of character oriel window to 1st floor. Painted ashlar with rusticated long and short quoins. Mutuled eaves cornice.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: corniced doorway to centre with modern door, windows in flanking bays and to each bay at 1st floor, that to outer right canted tripartite with boarded timber oriel base. Mutuled pediment over centre bay. Canted tripartite dormer window to right of centre. Recessed, harled 19th century extension to outer left.

Top-opening timber windows. Graded grey slates. Coped, harled stacks with cans and thackstanes, and ashlar-coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: saddleback-coped, rendered boundary walls.
