Description

Early 19th century but largely remodelled in early 20th century. Single storey and 2-storey, long, rectangular-plan range. Painted rubble, painted render. transomed and mullioned windows; advanced block lintels. Projecting eaves; moulded cornice.

S (MAIN) ELEVATION: 5 bays asymmetrically disposed. Broad 2-storey, piend-roofed bay advanced at penultimate left, tripartite window at ground, bipartite window at 1st floor. 3-bay single storey block to right; lean-to glazed porch in re-entrant angle; window to right, slightly advanced piend-roofed bay to outer right, window at centre. Lean-to bay to outer left.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: alterations, various openings; lean-to jamb to outer right.

Multi-paned transomed and mullioned windows. Grey slate roof, lead flashings. Paired sandstone, corniced, octagonal ridge and wallhead stacks, octagonal cans.
