Circa 1900. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay simple classical style house. Whitewashed harl; timber detailing beneath overhanging eaves; flush painted cills; consoled doorpiece.
S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2-leaf timber panelled door in central bay; plate glass fanlight; surrounding doorpiece comprising flanking consoles; engaged pilasters; cornice. Tripartite windows at both floors in bays to outer left and right; bipartite window at 1st floor aligned above entry.
8-pane timber sash and case windows to all openings. Graded purple-grey slate roof; harled ridge stacks to E and W; raised string courses; single circular cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1996.
BOUNDARY WALL: round-arched coping to random rubble sandstone wall to Brae Park Road; square-capped gatepiers flank entry; replacement timber gate.
A simple house with some interesting features - note the bracketed eaves, 2-leaf timber panelled door and consoled doorpiece.
