Dated 1824. Single storey 7-bay lodge, coach and stable block with court to SE. Pebbledash with droved red sandstone ashlar dressings. Quoin strips.
SW ELEVATION: slightly advanced pedimented bay to centre (former pend), breaking eaves; segmental-arched blinded pend opening to centre, now with window, string course to lintel height; ovoid panel with date stone, to pediment; die at apex with ornate tall wrought- and cast-iron weathervane above. Window in each bay to right. Later bipartite window (with stop-chamfered arrises) in inner and outer bay to left; blank bay to centre of 3-bay group to left.
NE ELEVATION: 4-bay. Stop-chamfered arrises. Boarded door in bay to inner left with letterbox plate glass fanlight above. Window in each outer bay. Gabled blank bay to inner right with ashlar coped apex stack; rectangular plaque to above eaves level. Single storey addition to outer left with boarded door with letterbox plate glass fanlight above in bay to right and window in bay to left of NE return.
SE ELEVATION: 3-bay. Window to centre and in bay to left. Boarded door flanked to right by window, in bay to right; piended loft opening, breaking eaves above. Single storey brick, monopitch addition projecting from outer right.
SW ELEVATION OF PROJECTION: timber-framed brick projection. 5-bay, grouped 2-2-1. Window flanked to right by boarded door to each 2-bay group (compact spacing to 2-bay group to left). Single bay to right advanced later with 2-leaf boarded door.
4-pane and plate glass timber sash and case windows. Slate roof with ashlar coped stacks. Octagonal cans. Coped skew with skewputts to NE elevation. Ornate later wrought-iron lamp projecting from W corner.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
BOUNDARY WALLS, GATEPIERS AND COURT: later coped brick wall to SW of court. Square-plan red sandstone ashlar half-gatepier to outer right of SW elevation, with square-plan gatepier to SW, both coped with ball finial; 2-leaf boarded gate. Setts to forecourt of lodge (from centre to gatepiers) and in radial arrangement to rectangular court.
