Description

Circa 1930. Single storey and attic, 3-bay rectangular-plan cottage villa; deep mansard roof. Painted render.

MAIN ELEVATION: door at centre, jerkin-gabled canopy breaking eaves above on slender wooden columns. Flanking, multi-paned canted windows; square tripartite dormer, catslide roof; 2 diminutive leaded windows symmetrically disposed at centre.

Multi-paned metal windows. Grey slate roof, lead flashings; tall, broad coped wallhead stacks to rear, circular cans.

BOUNDARY WALL, GATES AND GATEPIERS: square off-set gatepiers, low pyramidal caps. Squared sandstone wall with saddleback coping. Decorative cast-iron gate.
