Description

Earlier 19th century. 2 storey, 3 bay house. Painted rubble with stone cills and raised quoins, dressed to sides. Base course.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Slightly advanced centre bay with deep set, flush panelled door with 3 pane fanlight, window above and stepped blocking course breaking eaves. Windows in flanking bays at both floors.

E ELEVATION: brick wall abutting off centre left, window to left at 1st floor and small window to left in gablehead, broad stack at centre.

W ELEVATION: brick wall abutting off centre right, window to right at 1st floor and small window (unglazed) in gablehead below broad centre stack.

Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with ashlar coped skews and scroll skewputts.
