Description

Early 19th century. House comprised of low 2-storey house merged with single storey cottage. Painted render and ashlar margins; painted rubble gable of house evident above cottage.

House: 2-bay; 2 ground floor windows and 1 enlarged 1st floor window (bipartite).

Cottage: 4-bay; door to right of centre, flanked by windows and with window to outer left bay. Further window to left return elevation by re-entrant angle formed with recessed neighbour, No 21. Sash and case windows to front. Purple slates to 2-storey bays, graduated grey slates to cottage. Gable end stack to house. Sandstone ridge and skews. Regrettable alterations to rear.
