Description

Circa 1800, 2-storey, 3-bay house formerly with shop to ground. Coursed rubble with painted raised margins and rusticated quoins. Door to centre with enlarged shop windows flanking. To extreme right, door pend entry. To 1st 3 single light windows. 1st floor windows sash and case with plate glass glazing, ground floor windows modern plate glass with paired sash and case.

Moulded eaves cornice, end skews with block skewputts.

Tall corniced stacks with thackstanes, sandstone ridge, good graded slate roofs.

Consent for demolition of single storey wing to rear and conversion to 2 flats, 91/TP/1468.
