Late 18th century in origin, altered. Modest 2-storey, 3-bay house, now with cafe to ground. Harled walling with raised painted margins and angles. Central door with fanlight, flanking door enlarged windows with modern plate glass. To 1st, 2 single light windows in outer bays, with modern aluminium top-hunt windows. Raised basecourse, eaves band, slate roofs. Rendered end stacks, 2 velux rooflights.
