Earlier 19th century, single storey and attic cottage over
raised basement, 3 bays. Coursed rubble, painted margins.
Centre door with panelled double leafed door approached by
flight of steps from pavement. 2 piended dormers with original
6-pane glazing; end stack; slate roof.
Nos 1 & 3 Shandwick street feued to John Clark, and No 5
to Widow Robert Ross (Widow Ross free of feu) on 1827
