2-storey and attic symmetrical semi-detached, snecked rubble,
each 1-window at inner bay (bipartite) and raised canted bay
through both floors at outer bay, flanking columned entranced
porches at gables which have attic windows linking twin
chimney stacks, reversed plans. 2 dormers, one modern.
Platformed slated roof.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
