Mid/Late Victorian. 2-storey symmetrical semi-detached,
snecked rubble each 1 canted bay through both floors at inner
bay, consoled doorpiece and window above outer bay, reversed
plans; plain eaves course.
Hipped, slated roof. Piended flanking single-storey wings and
screen walls.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
