Mid Victorian, 2-storey and basement coursed rubble detached
villa, 3-window, canted bay through all floors to right,
centre corinthianesque doorpiece with balustraded balcony
over and railed steps. Large rock-faced coursers and altered
glazing at basement. Slated hipped roof with mutuled eaves.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
