Originally early 19th century.
2-storey semi-detached with bowed 1-window end bays, whin
ashlar with freestone dressings.
Reconstructed at N end with later 19th century additions and
alterations Nos 5 & 6, 2-storey and dormerless attic
semi-detached rubble-built; No 5 largely unaltered 1-window
and 1-window bowed section to left round-arched doorpiece
painted margins. Flanking 1-window single storey wing and
screen wall with round-arched footgate and pedimented garage
entrance; at No 6 bow replaced in mid Victorian times by
advanced gabled section to right with canted bay through all
3 floors, finely decorated doorpiece with round arch
springing directly from panelled Doric pilasters, sculptured
head keystone and reliefs at shouldered openings. No 7: Later single-storey attic and basement villa built on site of
screen wall corresponding to that of No 5 2-window and centre
pilastered doorpiece, railed steps; advanced gabled section
to right, canted bay at basement and ground floor, bipartite
at attic level. 2 small gothic dormers. Slated roofs.
