Description

Mid 19th century similar to Nos 11, 13. Plain 2-storey
4-window semi-detached harled and whitewashed facade, painted
margins twin architraved doorpieces with cornices. Slated
roof symmetrically disposed side screen walls. Stone
gatepiers.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
