Description

David Rhind (Edinburgh) 1872 for Commercial Bank. Italian Renaissance. 3-storey astylar banking palazzo, 5-window to Murray Place, 3 to Friars Street. Tall plain ground floor with arched doorpiece, arched and consoled 1st floor windows with balustraded aprons, central balcony on Murray Place removed for fascia band, that on Friars Street survives;

balustraded parapet.
