Mid/Later Victorian. 2-storey symmetrical semi-detached
villa, coursed rubble, 2-window between advanced ends with
5-light bow-fronted bays; twin round-arched, nook-shafted and
consoled doorpieces, balustraded above.
Flanking screen walls now garages. Piended, slated roof with
decorative iron finials.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
