Dumbarton Road elevation 2-window between gabled ends with ground floor canted bays and first floor bipartites, off-centre doorpiece.
Clarendon Road elevation 3-window centre 1st bipartite without dormer head, left hand ground floor window bipartite; doorpieces have unusual heavy 1/3 architrave drip mould features with sculptured head dripstones. Iron cresting at bays and doorpieces.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with remarkably few later additions. Address revised 2008.
