Description

Francis and William Mackison. Circa 1863. Victorian
Renaissance 2-storey semi-detached. Each 1 canted bay, 1
window, round-arched consoled doorpiece. Shouldered and
moulded openings, reversed plans ashlar-fronted with raised
quoins, main cornice. Hipped slated roof.

Statement of Interest

Part of King's Park Conservation Area group. A number of

houses are not of great intrinsic merit but have been listed

for continuity of grouping; taken as a whole the area forms

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later instrusions
