Late 18th century terrace. 2-storey, 3-bay (grouped 2-1). Terraced house. Squared and coarsed rubble with ashlar margins and keystone details to course over ground floor lintels above each opening.
W (BANK STREET) ELEVATION: door with 2-pane fanlight between bays to centre and right. Regular fenestration to left and above. Truncated shouldered wallhead stack between bays to centre and left.
Timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing. Grey slates. Brick stack.
A good, little altered 18th century tenement with unusual keystone and stack details.
