Mid 19th century. Symmetrical pair of 4-bay houses, each with
3 inner doors, 2 piended dormers and shops filling ground
floor. 2 storeys with attic. Painted ashlar and rusticated
quoins. Shops either end of range retain pilastered fronts,
modern shop fronts to centre. 8-pane sashes to 1st floor
and continuous string at cill level; cornice; end stacks;
slate roof.
