Probably mid 19th century. Single storey cottage, attic
with pair unusual early dormer, slate-hung panels either
side of windows, these the original small-paned sashes.
4 bays. Painted rubble and contrasting ashlar margins,
eaves/lintel band, cornice and blocking course. Slate roof.
Nos 25-31 adjoining, part of terraced row, were
demolished in early 1970's.
