Statement of Interest

Rosshill appears on the original Ordnance Survey Map as a small estate isolated from the small centre of Queensferry; by the time of the 2nd Edition O S Map of 1896 the SW extension had been added. Subsequent property development in the suburbs drew this charming house into the town's boundaries.
