Description

Circa 1810. Single storey and attic, wide single bay cottage projecting from but linked to W return gable of No 38 Cullen Street. Harled. Doorway in E gable re-entrant angle with No 38. Small off-centre ground floor window; later 19th century canted dormer with swept roof; timber sash and case windows with plate glass and 4-pane glazing. Coped end stack; modern Velux rooflight; flat skews; slate roof with pottery ridge.

GARDEN WALL: W side of garden plot bounded by rubble wall.
