Description

Mid 18th century. 2-storey and dormerless attic terrace. Heavily pointed rubble, painted ashlar margins. 4 irregularly disposed entrances on Culbert Street frontage including pend; corniced ashlar doorpiece to No 20. 4 regularly disposed windows at 1st floor.

No 22 with l930s corner shop with angle window slapped in E gable. lst floor entry with flanking window in W gable reached by masonry forestair; modern wing at rear. Pair diminutive attic lights in E gable (to Burnside). 4, 9- and 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case

windows; coped end stacks with moulded cornices; slate roof. 19th century rooflights.
