Circa 1910. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house. Rubble,
contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. Centre
hoodmoulded entrance flanked by shallow, chamfered
segmental-headed bipartites. Canted wallhead dormers in outer
bays; centre gabled dormer with shaped bargeboards; modern
2-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roofs; decorative red
pottery ridge and shaped finials to dormers.
