Probably circa 1857-58.
Andrew Heiton and Sons, architects: 3-storey, attic and
basement, 6-window astylar Renaissance, mannerist detail;
painted ashlar; raised quoins, 2 rusticated arched doorways
with cavetto splay; keyblocked windows with segmental
pediments at 1st, architraved at 2nd, 3 dormer (1 canted)
slated roof.
