Circa 1885. Small 2-storey 3-bay L-plan house. Whinstone with cream sandstone ashlar dressings. Ashlar mullions; stop-chamfered arrises; rock-faced long and short quoins.
N (FRONT) ELEVATION: at centre, 2-leaf panelled door with rectangular plate glass fanlight; framed panel above inscribed SUNBURY VILLA. At ground, tripartite window to left, bipartite to right. At 1st floor, bipartite windows to outer bays breaking eaves with pedimented dormerheads. Small Velux window at centre.
W ELEVATION: blank gable to left; single storey lean-to slightly set back to right, continuing line of roof, with picture window.
S ELEVATION: dry-dashed; projecting bay to left with piend-roofed dormer.
E ELEVATION: blank gable.
Timber sash and case plate glass windows. Grey slates; ashlar coped skews, corbel skewputts; coped apex stacks with sandstone dressings, octagonal cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
FRONT WALLS AND RAILINGS: low rubble walls with saddleback ashlar coping; modern railings.
