Description

Dated 1886. Renaissance. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay symmetrical
building. Ashlar. Architraved doorpiece with consoled pediment,
flanked by side-lights and pilasters. Tripartite architraved
flanking windows with segmental consoled pediments to centre
lights, moulded continuous cill band and raised aprons to
ground and 1st floors. Continuous entablature at lintel
level. Architraved tripartites to 1st floor, aprons. Centre
window has scrolls at base and carved ornament in apron.
Entablature with dentilled cornice over 1st floor. Eaves
parapet with 2 tripartite pilastered, scrolled and
pedimented wallhead dormers, shouldered date-stone to centre
with segmental finialled pediment. Slate roof with straight
skews and corniced and panelled ashlar end stacks,
supported on corbelled arch to gables.
