Description

Circa 1830. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical villa. Ashlar
fronted. Wide angle strips and centre bay set forward
slightly. Porch of 2 Ionic columns supporting entablature and
blocking course.
Architraved 2-pane sashes with cornices to ground floor. Eaves
band and cornice with blocking course. Piended slate roof with
corniced end stacks. Side screen walls each with round headed
niche and cornice over. Rubble with ashlar dressings at sides
and rear. Later stair protrudes from south side and projecting
later tripartite at rear.
