Circa 1820 2-storey with attic and basement symmetrical
terrace of 3-bay houses, those at ends and in middle
(Nos 3, 11, 19) wider and symmetrical. Ashlar, rusticated
to basement. Projecting porches with Corinthian columns
supporting pediments (Nos 3 and 19) or entablature (No 1).
Corniced consoled doors to rest. All approached by
steps. All windows architraved, those at ground floor
also corniced and have cill course. Eaves cornice with
pediment area No 11, die parapets to Nos 3 and 19, and
blocking course to rest. Slate roof with some modern dormers
and corniced stacks.
On Knox's Map of 1822 and 1st edition of OS (1858) only
Nos 9-19 shown as built. 2nd edition OS (1897) shows all
built except No 3
