Early 19th century. 3-bay, 3-storey tenement. Rubble Law stone with whinstone pinning at front; harling at S. Ashlar dressings; raised cills. 1971 shop front and doorway; panelled door with decorative fanlight at W. Rear with small irregular central stair windows and abutting extensions at ground floor.
Small-pane glazing pattern to upper floors. Steeply pitched, slated roof with 2 piended slate-hung dormers. Plain raised skews and gable head stacks.
