Description

Circa 1800. 2-storey, 3-bay simple classical house, restored 1954. Harled; margins, rusticated quoins to S and E. Lying-pane glazing to sash and case windows at S and E, small-pane to N.

S ELEVATION: broad pilastered doorpiece. Deep-set panelled door with small-pane strip fanlight.

N ELEVATION: U-plan stair projection at centre, window above. Doorway to E.

E ELEVATION: 2 ground floor windows, 1 1st. Slated roof. End stacks.

Statement of Interest

Single bay house formerly at E, demolished 1954. Restored simultaneously with 25 East Road. Flatted.
