Circa 1800. 2-storey, 3-bay house with shop to ground right. Finely dressed granite with whinstone pinnings (cherry-caulked).
Symmetrical 3-bay front with centre bay shallow advanced with nepus gable. Monolithic granite columns with primitive caps support cornice over door.
Panelled door with fanlight. To right 2 wide plate-glass windows flank shop door. To left, single window. 3 regularly spaced windows to 1st. All sash and case with 2-pane, plate glass glazing.
Eaves cornice, small nepus gable to centre with granite stack and lotus can.
Slate roofs with skylight and 2 rooflights; corniced end stacks with some lotus/fluted cans.
Painted rubble flank.
