Earlier 19th-century. 2-storey, 3-bay house with shops at ground. Pained coursed rubble with painted raised margins and rusticated quoins, to left these are chamfered at ground.
To centre, pilastered doorway, panelled door with multi-pane fanlight. All single light windows, sash and case with 12-pane glazing. Left gablewall with inserted door to right. 3 margined windows. Rear elevation with tall stair window above door at centre. End skews beak skewputts. Tall rusticasted corniced stacks with octagonal cans. Concrete tile roof.
Prominently sited on corner with Dashwood Square, onto which the side door opens.
