Earlier 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical fronted house.
Granite ashlar front, rubble flanks and rear.
Central Roman-Doric engaged column doorpiece with heavy pediment. Modern door with fanlight. All single light windows, replacement sash and case with 2-pane, plate glass glazing pattern. Moulded eaves cornice.
End skews, scroll skewputts. Corniced rusticated end stacks, slate roofs. Small box dormer and lean-to to rear. Window at 1st floor to right gable return to right.
Former brewery house.
