Description

Earlier 19th century. Built on steeply sloping site pair of 2-storey and attic flats with flats to ground (below street level) and 1st floor (entered just above street level). Pinned squared granite with raised polished granite margins. Pair of 2-bay elevations: steps to paired central doors at 1st, steps down to ground floor in outer bay to left.

All windows single light, sash and case with 2-pane plate glass glazing.Pairs of canted piended dormers to each house, with bracketted eaves. End skews and skewputts, coped end stacks, right with tall fluted cans. Good graded slate roofs.

Rear elevations 2-storey with projecting full-height bays and box dormers. 1st floor window and door to basement on return gable to left.
