Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Squared granite rubble; polished raised margins, painted flanks and rear. Double leaf door with narrow fanlight above. Single light sash windows with 12-pane glazing pattern. Single storey lean-to rubble extension to rear. Rear windows with modern plate glass. Slate roofs, coped end stacks.
