Description

Early 19th century narrow, 3 storey tenement with elegant 3
windows wide bowed gable front to High Street, with semi-conical
roof, ashlar with channelled ground floor, band course, string
courses at 1st and 2nd floor cills, cornice and blocking course,
outer 1st and 2nd floor windows blind, central door.
Windows reglazed single pane sash and ground floor transom.
Flank elevations, sandstone rubble, 3 windows towards rear on
1st and 2nd floors. Ground floor has 1 garage and 1 stair door,
and 1 window. 1st floor windows reglazed, others 6 pane sashes.
