Description

Early 19th century, 3-storey tenement with attics,
3 windows wide. Slate roof with end stacks, coursed rubble,
ground floor rendered up to band course at window heads,
raised window and door margins and band course under corniced
eaves. Ground floor has later bipartite window to right of
main door and close door on extreme left. 2 canted dormers.
Windows reglazed with double-pane sashes. Rear elevation has
central bowed stair tower projection rising above eaves
level with semi-conical roof.
