Description

Circa 1830, 2 storey terrace house, originally
symmetrical 3 windows wide, flyover steps to central
door later balustrade to area with panelled angle
piers. Stugged ashlar, rusticated ground floor,
remnants of 1st floor cill string course, cornice and
blocking course. 3 light mid Victorian canted bay
replaces window to left of door. 1st floor cills
lowered to band course, trellis pattern iron balcony
added across whole frontage, including roof of bay
window. Windows reglazed with double pane sashes.
