Circa 1855, 2-storey and attic, symmetrical villa. Whinstone coursers with red sandstone dressings and quoins. Gabled entrance front; projecting central pilastered porch with round-arched door, flanked by 2 2-storey canted bays; small round arched windows in gables with Gibbs surrounds. Side elevations with 2 symmetrical, slightly advanced 2-storey window bays. Bold central ridge stacks, coped skews, moulded skewputts, slate roof.
