Description

C 1830. Single-storey, rectangular cottage enlarged to T-plan in later 19th century and early 20th century.

FRONT TO SOUTH: 3 bay, centre doorway with deep cavetto reveals, broad-eaved, slated, piended roof, harled with ashlar window and angle margins. Tall octagonal stacks on rectangular plinths at sides, original lying-pane glazing to rear.

ADDITION TO WEST: later 19th century, matching details, irregular fenestration; addition to East: early 20th century has canted bay to East. Garden walls to North and West, rubble with flagged cope, pair rectangular ashlar gatepiers at road.
