Description

Earlier 19th century. 3-storey, 4-bay tenement with shop at ground. Cream sandstone rubble, squared and coursed to N elevation. Base course.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: tripartite shop front to centre with fanlit door flanked by windows, window to outer right and outer left. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors with smaller windows to latter.

S (REAR) ELEVATION: projecting stair tower.

Mostly plate glass sash and case windows. Red pantiled roof, grey slates easing course, rendered stack to right gable.
