18th century, substantially refurbished and extended circa 1990. 2-storey, 4-bay house (1-2-1) adjoining 88 High Street to E. Eliptical arched cart pend giving access to house at rear. Dry-dash with cement-rendered margins and eaves course.
N (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: arched pend to outer right, 3 windows to left; regular fenestration at 1st floor.
S ELEVATION: large modern extension to right with door to left, adjacent window to right and window over, window to outer right at both levels, slit window to outer left 1st floor; 2 stair windows in return face with 2 windows in original structure over pend.
12-pane glazing pattern in modern hardwood windows to openings in original structure, plate-glass glazing with fanlights to extension. Modern red pantiles. Crowstepped gable to W with coped ashlar stack.
This building has been substantially refurbished but adjoins a B listed 17th century tenement to E, and gives access through pend to a fine 18th century vernacular building.
