18th century. 3-storey, irregular 5-bay rectangular-plan tenement with single storey lean-to extension at rear, in irregular terrace. Harled with stone margins and moulded doorcase to left, stone mullion and base course.
N (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: symmetrical at ground with bays grouped 1-3-1. Doors in bays 2 and 4 towards centre with bipartite window between, windows in outer bays. 1st floor windows in bays 1, 4 and 5; 2nd floor with 3 smaller windows, 1 at centre flanked by irregular bays.
S ELEVATION: ground floor concealed behind leant-to conservatory extension, 1st floor symmetrical with 2 windows towards centre flanked by 2 larger windows, no 3rd storey at this elevation.
12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows to N, 4-pane glazing pattern to S. Grey slates. Crowstepped gables with single slate row to outer verge; rendered and coped stacks with cans.
