Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular plan house, adjoining irregular terrace at S, later piend-roofed garage abutting at right. Squared and coursed whinstone with small area of Aberdeen bond; stone mullions, droved long and short work ashlar quoins and eaves course.

EAST (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Door at centre with windows in flanking bays, regular bays at 1st floor.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows, boot scraper set into wall to right of door. Pantiles, ashlar coped skews with scroll skewputts; coped ashlar stacks with cans.
