Dated 1852. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Rubble-built with ashlar
margins chamfered to windows and door. Door to right,
altered bipartite in left bay. 8-pane glazing, but plate
glass ground floor bottom sashes. Eaves course, cornice
and blocking course, low central parapet; central, slender
corniced, circular stack on dated, scrolled plinth. End
stacks and slate roofs.
