Description

William Leiper, 1882. Formerly cottage on Wheatpark
estate. Arts and Crafts style, single storey and attic.
Random rubble with ashlar quoins. Z-plan. Central
west-facing 2-bay block has 1 projecting bay on west,
door and 1 window on east with 2 small dormers with swept
roofs. Steeply pitched roof, gableted to south. South
elevation with 2 bipartites and 1 single light all now
with modern rendered margins; 1 dormer above. Slate roof
with red ridge tiles. 2 stacks with simple set back
chamfered caps.
